Plans and brain dumps
Pour out everything on your mind in one message. Your helper splits it into separate tasks and shows you a plan to approve first.
The plan card
When one message holds several separate jobs, or one job big enough to be its own project, your helper answers with a plan card: one line per task, each with a checkbox. You can also ask for one: "split this up", "make this a project".
- Approve starts every ticked task at once, each in its own new task, working in parallel.
- Deny drops the plan. Let's talk keeps chatting about it first.
- Time-based items ("remind me Friday") become a task with a follow-up at that time.
- From General, a plan can include a new channel for a bigger project.
Questions first
If something would change the work, like which email account to check or which dates you mean, the plan card shows Questions first with tap-to-pick answers. Your answers go with your approval, so the tasks start with what they need.
After you approve
Each task works on its own and shows up with a dot when it has something for you. With Pause to check spending on, tasks a plan starts have a smaller budget: if one runs past it, it pauses with a short report of what it found and what's left, and Keep going / Stop here. At most 3 work at once in a channel; the rest wait their turn. The plan card also has Stop these tasks. See spending controls.
