Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and more. Each Google app connects on its own, so you share only what you want.
What your helper can do
| App | For example |
|---|---|
| Gmail | Find a receipt, draft a reply in your voice, send it when you ask, save an attachment to your Library. |
| Calendar | Check your week, add an event with invitations. |
| Sheets | Update a booking sheet, add totals, clean up a list. |
| Docs | Write a first draft, fix formatting, fill a template. |
| Drive | Find a file, save a copy to your Library, organize folders, share a link. |
Slides, Tasks, Meet, Photos, Maps, Analytics and more connect the same way. A few, like Google Contacts, Chat and Forms, show Soon.
Changes land in your real files, so you see them in Google like any other edit.
Sending email can run directly when you request it. Your helper must use the intended account, recipient and content, and respect stricter permissions you chose.
Older "Google Super" connections
Some older accounts have one "Google Super" connection that covered several Google apps. It can't be connected any more, but where it exists it keeps working until you remove it. Once you connect a Google app on its own, that connection is used instead.
