Lesson 7 of 8 · 4 min read

Let it take the notes

Live notes turns any task into meeting notes while the conversation happens, so you can listen instead of type.

Start Live notes

Open a task for the meeting (or the one you use every week) and tap Live notes in the header. Pick what it listens to: this device's microphone for a meeting in the room, a meeting tab for Meet, Zoom or Teams in the browser, or your Bee if you have one. Make sure everyone's OK with being recorded.

Watch the notes fill in

A summary, decisions, action items and open questions appear beside the chat as people talk. Ask your helper "what did Sam say about the printer?" or "add an action item for me" right in the chat.

Add an action item: I'll send the cover photo to Ink by Thursday.
Added under Action items: Maya sends the cover photo to Ink, due Thursday.

Stop and find them later

Tap Stop. Your helper writes the final notes and saves them to the Library under Meetings. Use the same task next week and the new session is added on top, so the whole history of a recurring meeting lives in one place.

Never forget to start

With your calendar connected, 1Helm can ask "Take notes?" a minute before a meeting starts. With a Bee, your conversations also flow into your helper's memory. See Live notes.

Try it

Start Live notes in a task during your next call, then open the notes in the Library under Meetings.
