It remembers how you work.
Then it does the work.
1Helm gives you a helper that remembers how you work. It has its own computer, and you can just text it. It handles the errands, the paperwork, and the stuff you keep meaning to get to.
Everyone on 1Helm gets a helper of their own.

Memory
Helpers keep a notebook on how you work.
Most AI forgets you by lunch. A 1Helm helper writes down what it learns in its Notebook: your clients, your deadlines, how you sign off an email. Between chats it keeps those notes current, using only your own words. Every task picks up where the last one ended, and you can read and edit every note.
No prompts to perfect. You never re-explain yourself.
Maya runs a sip‑and‑paint studio in Tucson by herself. She does the classes, bookings, flyers and bookkeeping.
How you like things
- Posts a new class flyer every Monday, using her Canva "Studio" template.
- Bookings live in the Google Sheet "Fall classes". Never touch column F (paid).
- Emails are warm and short. She opens with "Hi friend!" and signs "— M 🎨".
Its own computer
Helpers work through your list while you live your life.
Your helper has a private computer with a real browser. It can search the web, sign in, fill out forms, compare prices and download files. It keeps working when your laptop is closed, and you can watch, take over, or stop it any time.
It works within your request and permissions. Purchases still need your approval.
Texting
No app to learn. Just text it.
Save your helper as a contact and text it the way you'd text a friend. Ask a question, send a photo of a form, or hand off a chore. It texts back when the job is done, or when it needs you. Works with US numbers: over iMessage on iPhone, and as plain text messages on Android.
Prefer the app? Install it on your phone or computer in one tap. How →
Your apps
Helpers work inside the apps you already use.
Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Canva and Stripe with one tap, or several accounts of the same app. Your helper's changes land right in your real files, and it can save attachments to your Library or send your files along. Live search for flights, hotels, restaurants, products and news needs no sign-in at all.
Ordinary app work you request runs without another confirmation. Payment and API-key operations keep their protected confirm cards.
| A · Class | B · Date | C · Seats | D · Booked | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | Sunflowers | Oct 4 | 16 | 16 |
| 3 | Starry Night | Oct 11 → Oct 12 | 16 | 14 |
| 4 | Pumpkin Patch | Oct 18 | 20 | 11 |
| 5 | Day of the Dead | Nov 1 | 20 | 6 |
Live notes
It takes the notes, so you can listen.
Tap Live notes in any task and your helper writes the meeting up as it happens: a summary, decisions, action items and open questions, beside the chat. It listens through your phone or computer's microphone, a meeting tab (Meet, Zoom or Teams on the web), or Bee on your Apple Watch or a Bee wearable. Ask about what was just said, and when you stop, the notes are saved to your Library under Meetings.
You don't need to buy a Bee wearable. Bee's iPhone and Apple Watch app and the Bee wearable sync to the same Bee account, so 1Helm gets the same finished conversations and facts from either. Your helper remembers the conversations, and you can review the facts in your Notebook.
A minute before a calendar meeting, 1Helm can ask "Take notes?"

Summary
Spring catalog is on track. The printer quote came in high, so Sam will ask two more shops.
Decisions
- Launch the catalog on March 3.
- Keep the free-shipping banner through April.
Action items
- Sam Two more printer quotes by Friday
- Maya Final cover photo to Ink
Routines
Helpers handle the repeat stuff.
"Every Monday morning, send me who booked this week." Say it once and it keeps doing it. Or tie it to your apps: "When a booking email comes in, add it to the sheet." When nothing changed, it stays quiet. Pause or stop any of it from one Scheduled list.
Morning! 37 seats booked this week (up 8). Pumpkin Patch still has 9 open, so I drafted an Instagram post for you to look at. 🎃
Skills
Real files, real bookings, checked first.
For the jobs people ask for most, your helper follows a playbook: Word documents, PDFs, slide decks and spreadsheets that open cleanly, travel plans, bookings, shopping, flight status and more. Every file is checked before you see it, and every booking waits for your yes on the exact price. Files you hand it are read the moment they land, so it can answer about them right away.
Like how it did something? Say "save this as a skill" and it does it that way next time.
Security · Sentinel
A checkpoint between its computer and the internet.
Sentinel is on by default. Outside the computer, it requires HTTPS for every external web request, keeps saved keys behind stand-ins, and applies your web permissions. Code on the computer can't switch that checkpoint off.
How Sentinel works →Stand-in keys
The computer only holds stand-ins. Sentinel swaps in your real key on the way out, and only to the site that key is for. A leaked stand-in is useless anywhere else.
Your web permissions
Requests that need approval wait for your yes in the app or by text. Reads and permitted background web traffic can proceed automatically. Your helper can't approve its own requests.
Outside is labeled
A traffic log shows which sites answered each command, so what a web page says is treated as information, never as instructions.
Your helper works for you. Just you.
Private by default
Zero data retention by default for your helper's requests. Optional diagnostic access is a separate, email-confirmed choice that includes support and AI tools selected by 1Helm, including non-ZDR tools. We don't sell your chats or files or use them for advertising.
You stay in control
Your request authorizes ordinary app work. Payments and API keys stay protected, and Settings lets you choose stricter permissions.
Spending you control
Spending pauses and a daily safety limit are on by default. You can turn them off to keep work going; the meter and available-credit limit remain. See the controls.
Workspace deletion is permanent
Deleted chats, channels and accounts cannot be recovered from your 1Helm workspace. Copies already received by optional diagnostic support tools follow those tools' retention and deletion practices.
