Slide decks
Your helper builds a designed deck from a template, checks every slide, and can give you a PDF or an editable PowerPoint.
How a deck is made
Ask for a deck and your helper builds one self-contained web page from one of 34 templates, then checks every slide before you see it. The deck opens in the app as a live page, and you also get a PDF and an editable PowerPoint with the same layout. Each template has a project slide (who uses it, the problem, what was built, impact numbers and a box for a screenshot), and the PowerPoint keeps empty boxes where you add your own screenshots.
A deck is a web page by default. Your helper builds it in Google Slides or PowerPoint only when you name that tool, and it remembers the tool you named last in that channel.
Change style
A finished deck has a Change style button. It opens thumbnails of all 34 templates, and you tap one to see its cover and a sample slide large. Then choose Use this to apply it, or Back to keep looking. You can also ask your helper to show you the deck styles before it makes a deck.
Google Slides
When you ask for Google Slides, your helper builds the deck there if Google Slides is connected. If it isn't, your helper offers to connect it. If you tap Not now, it builds the built-in deck instead and doesn't offer Google Slides again in that channel until you name it. Pictures are added to Google Slides as real images, and your helper tells you if one couldn't be added. See Google.
Numbers and fit
Arrows and red or green colours on metric slides follow your numbers, or a trend you give, and stay neutral by default. Titles and text are sized to fit every template.
Open a deck in the Zone
You can open a deck on a canvas beside the chat to point at a slide, edit it yourself or ask for changes. See The Zone, and use Full screen in the deck viewer to present.
